CubicTMMES is an advanced Manufacturing Execution System that enables manufacturing

MANUFACTURING MANAGER
The Manufacturing Manager workbench provides real-time visibility into on-going production operations. Pre-built online report
templates and event-driven alert notifications are easily and quickly customized to the specific needs of each production plant
and process. Cubic MES enables real-time integration with PLC devices and SCADA systems providing online product genealogy and
process performance analytics.
Combining an open database design and pre-built online reporting templates, Cubic MES can be easily and quickly
configured to model and manage production in virtually any size or type of discrete manufacturing operation. An extensive library
of pre-built ActiveX controls supports quick integration with SCADA and other process control systems that support ActiveX
containers. If end-users require customized supervisory and process control user interfaces, our pre-built ActiveX controls
facilitate customization with minimal coding required.
CONFIGURATION MANAGER
Configuration Manager is a flexible, relational business and process modeling tool used to define the
attributes and relationships of key entities within the production process. Examples of key entities include plant floor
layouts, process flows, work centers, control devices, machines, tools, WIP locations, and material and labor resources.
Configuration Manager provides a single user interface for setting up the system thereby accelerating implementation,
supporting best business practices and making it easy to change the system as you change your actual production flows and
operations. Cubic MES combines object-oriented application design and a normalized data model that together creates a
concise database that is easy to understand and navigate. This facilitates data extraction and reporting as well as
development of additional workbench extensions.

At the heart of Cubic MES is our flexible SmartCAPTM data capture technology.
Combining object-oriented design with configurable connectivity, SmartCAP supports
a broad range of popular process control devices, bar coding systems and wireless LAN networks.
Enterprise-Wide Connectivity
Every Cubic MES implementation includes integration with existing ERP or other key enterprise systems such as
quality management, recipe management and laboratory information management. While many MES vendors deliver
and support MES as an island of automation leaving enterprise integration up to the customer, the COM-enabled
architecture and pre-built enterprise application interfaces of Cubic MES allow Cubicorp to deliver and support
integration to most popular enterprise packages.
