Product Upgrades

Subject to the maintenance and support plan option having been purchased by the customer, Cubicorp free access to all product upgrades for customers.  Our software products and "delta" training materials are designed with the goal that most of the work involved in the installation and deployment of new releases can be conducted by internal customer staff, using Cubicorp’s support desk services if and when required. 

With most enterprise systems, moving to a new release can be very disruptive to the regular operation of a company, often resulting in a re-implementation of the system. To alleviate this adverse impact on ongoing business operations, upgrades of Cubic software products are designed to be seamless.

Cubic server upgrades are provided with an upgrade script and can be performed by the DBA over a weekend. Subsequent to the server upgrade, software upgrades of client machines (PCs) occur automatically the very next time that the client machines communicate with the server: the new software version is downloaded and fully installed on the client machines without human intervention.
