Support
The primary Cubicorp support location is in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and will remain the central support hub covering East to West coast regional support centers as well as Internet support services.
Based on extensive experience, Cubicorp’s policy regarding support is to maximize efficiency by concentrating customer support staff close to major customer site locations. To this end, Cubicorp is committed to opening strategically situated full service regional support centers as the company expands its customer base.
Cubicorp provides global support and can service customer requests almost anywhere. Remote support by dial-up is also available with 24X7 emergency worldwide support for high severity problems.
Subject to the maintenance and support plan option having been purchased
by the customer, the following services are included as part of standard maintenance and
support at no additional charge:
- Dedicated Account Manager providing a consistent point of contact
- Access to telephone Hot-Line Support Center from 8 AM to 8 PM U.S.
Eastern time on normal business days
- Internet access for problem logging and resolution
- Internet access to the Cubicorp online support system and knowledge database
- Dial-in modem support from remote locations during normal business hours
- Current version: software and documentation
- New Releases: software and documentation
- Service packs and hot fixes as they become available
- Compatibility - related enhancement requests if incorporated into a
release
- Approved customer enhancement requests if incorporated into a release
Cubicorp Services include:
